How this list is made
We started from every game Steam tags as Idler or Incremental (7,722 released as of 26 Sep 2026), then searched the US App Store for idle, clicker, tycoon and incremental games across about 100 themes, and added the idle games our market study checked by hand on Google Play, Roblox, the browser portals and the console stores. A game is listed once, with a line for each store it is on.
Only games with enough ratings to mean something make the list: at least 20 Steam reviews, at least 50 App Store ratings, or at least 1,000 votes on Roblox. 249 of the Steam games here have more than 1,000 reviews.
How to read the numbers. Steam shows the share of reviews that recommend the game, counted across all languages. The App Store and Google Play show average stars; App Store counts are US ratings only, and Google Play shows its install band. Roblox shows the share of likes among all votes. For browser games we link to the portal's page and don't copy its ratings. Every number is dated and links to its source, so check the store for today's figure.
What we leave out. Adult games, unlicensed fan games built on other companies' characters, and games whose store pages we couldn't read. Themes come from each game's store tags and description, matched against our theme map, so a game can show a theme it only touches lightly. Tell us if one looks wrong.
Neon Meadows reviews are coming. Until then, these are the stores' own numbers, shown side by side so you can compare an idle game's reputation on every platform it's on.
